Director Brian Russell’s experience is well established having previously worked in Estate Agency for nine years commencing as a negotiator and quickly progressing to Management. In 2006 Brian identified a need in the local market and qualified as a Home Inspector and Domestic Energy Assessor resulting in him forming his own business which to date has produced over 3,500 Energy Performance Certificates.

Continued professional development is key in ensuring that we continually meet industry standard requirements and regulations governed by APIP for Inventories and BRE for Energy Performance Certificates thereby assuring all of our clients that we comply with working codes of practice. All inventory clerks and energy assessors are covered by Personal Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance.
